IT'S JUST TOO MUCH EFFORT TO ACT LIKE I DON'T CARE WHEN I REALLY DO.

Erudition Period
The Erudition Period marks the formative years of my practice, when I began seriously developing as a self-taught artist through extensive exposure to the history, language, and traditions of fine art, but without formal artistic education. Works from this period document an artist learning by absorbing influences while simultaneously discovering the limits of their own technical vocabulary. The period is characterized by uneven execution and an eagerness to translate newly encountered ideas into a developing visual language and evolving skill. Though these works lack the refinement of more established artists, they remain an important records of a period defined by curiosity, accumulation, and the gradual transformation of art from an interest into a discipline.
